Approx 210mm x 100mm
70mm deep, big rounded edge with a 15 degree incut for a really nice hold, could be set a pinch..

The hold is quite positive but with a sloped feel, they designed to be used in multiple ways to increase ways you can set climbs and vary the difficulty.
Wooden holds extremely hard wearing, but easy on the skin.
